At Caliber N’ Built, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, here’s how our return and refund process works:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Certain items (e.g., personalised products, perishable goods, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at cbsportsofficial@gmail.com or +91 90741 07194 within 2 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is defective/damaged). Our team will guide you on how to send the product back.
3. Shipping Costs
- If product is defective or wrong: Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.
- If returning for personal reasons: Customer bears return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. If the order is already shipped, our standard return process applies.
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size/variant, contact us at cbsportsofficial@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
